Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do I send my shoes?
Choose Post in when you book. We will email you a prepaid InPost drop-off code within one working day. Pop your pair in a bag, then a box or strong mailer, and drop it at any InPost locker by scanning the code. No printing needed.
Do I need the original box?
No. Any sturdy box or mailer is fine. Please do not send spare laces, insoles or anything else you want back unless you mention it when you book.
How long does it take?
Turnaround starts when your pair arrives: 3 days for Revived, 3-5 days for Restored and 5-7 days for Reloved. Allow a day or two each way for InPost.
What if my shoes get lost in the post?
Every parcel is tracked both ways. If anything goes missing, we will handle the claim with InPost and keep you updated. If your pair is high value, let us know before sending so we can discuss extra cover. See our Terms for details.
What if a mark will not come out?
We check every pair when it arrives. If we do not think a mark will come out fully, or it needs a different tier, we will tell you before we start. We never do extra work or charge more without your agreement.

Every pair is cleaned and restored by hand before sale, and photographed honestly — soles, uppers and any flaws included. How we grade:
● Excellent (9–10/10): Barely worn. Restored to as close to new as preloved gets.
● Great (7–8/10): Light, even wear. Cleaned and restored, only small marks.
● Good (5–6/10): Honestly worn and fully cleaned. Plenty of life left; wear shown in photos.
● Well-loved (below 5/10): Character pairs with real wear — priced accordingly and described in full.
Whatever the grade, any notable flaws are always pictured and mentioned. No surprises.

Size Guide:
Every pair is listed in UK sizes, taken from the label inside the shoe. As these are preloved, go by the size on the label and the measurements in the listing rather than the size you normally buy new.
If a pair only has a EU, US or cm size on the label, we convert it to UK in the listing and show the original size too.
How our trainers fit:
Vans generally fit true to size.
Converse (Chuck Taylor) tend to run about half a size large, so many people size down half a size.
These are general guides and fit can vary by model, so check each listing.
Measure your foot:
1. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
3. Measure from the wall to the mark in cm.
4. Add about 1cm for comfort. That is your ideal insole length. Compare it to the insole length in the listing.
