Shipping Policy

1. STORE ORDERS (PRELOVED ITEMS)
We post within 3–5 working days of your order. UK delivery is £5.00 via InPost, tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Every pair is packaged carefully to protect it in transit.
2. CLEANING & RESTORATION BOOKINGS
If you're sending items in for cleaning or restoration, you may be provided with a prepaid label — follow the instructions in your confirmation email. If posting items yourself, please package them securely and keep proof of postage. Once your service is complete, we return your items using a tracked service; turnaround times for each tier are shown on our Services page.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order or completed service is dispatched, not from the date of purchase or booking. Busy periods may add a little extra time — we'll let you know if this affects you.
4. DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of your tracking update, contact us at info@waxandwaffle.co.uk and we'll look into it with the courier.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the UK.
